    Creates a resolver for com.here.platform.location.referencing.SemanticLinearLocationReferences.

    A SemanticLinearLocationReference refers to a path with information on junctions in the road network and thus needs to be resolved against a map. If the reference cannot be resolved an com.here.platform.location.referencing.olr.OlrResolverException is thrown. Specific cases where this can happen are described in the documentation of the exception class.

    searchRadiusInMeters

    the radius in meters to search for candidate vertices around each reference point

    snappingToJunctionDistanceInMeters

    the maximum distance in meters along a segment within which a junction (or end of drivable road) can be considered as a candidate for a junction reference point
