Display an animated weather radar.
This example shows a rectangular area with the animated weather map over the North Atlatic and Europe.
An animated rectangular area is created using the H.map.Overlay class, passing in an
H.geo.Rect holding the top-left and bottom-right points of the rectangle. The overlay's bitmap is updated
with the help of the setBitmap method.
